Video Editor Overview

The Video Platform offers fully integrated video editing capabilities that are accessible from Manage Media. With video editing, you can create professional, polished content by removing unnecessary material. You can also save the edited video as a new file to keep the original media.

Accessing the Video Editor

Video editing tools are accessible for both captured and uploaded media.

Using the Video Editor

The Video Editor provides the tools for in-browser video editing for uploaded and captured video content. You can choose between dark or light mode to suit your needs. Click each of the icons to learn more about the tools.

Icon	Description	Explanation
	Split	Cut a video track into segments.
	Undo Last Action	Undo and remove your editing changes one by one.
	Redo Last Action	Retrieve an edit after you've clicked undo.
	Insert a Slide	Replace a portion of your video with a single PowerPoint Slide or another file such as a .DOCX.
	Insert a Video	Insert or replace a portion of your video with an MP4 video clip or an MP3 audio file.
	Insert a Watermark	Add a watermark to brand your video.
	Blur a Video	Add a blur region to hide sensitive information for your video.
	Insert a Background	Add a virtual background for your video.
	Add Text Overlay	Add a text overlay to your video to add text to your video.
	Audio Adjustment	Enter the start time and duration of a specific segment, then adjust the volume for that portion of the video.
	Add Telestration	Draw directly on your video.
	Advanced Mode	Allow you to view all Video Editor tools.
	Edit Captions	Edit the associated captions for your video in each language.
	Track Actions	Track the actions performed in your editing session.
