The Panorama LTI app helps identify system-wide trends that can be addressed through increased usage of Panorama. In addition, admins may adjust settings and view sensitive information related to their LTI integration from the LTI app. Below is a breakdown and overview of each section and the features available.
Institution Report
Institution Report provides an overall summary of your institution's accessibility.
- Overall Accessibility Score: The overall accessibility score for your institution. The graph displays your institution's cumulative average accessibility score on a month-to-month basis.
- Total Files Processed: The total number of files processed for your institution.
- Files Improved Using Panorama: The total number of files improved when using Panorama's Accessibility Reports for your institution.
- Alternative Formats Downloaded: The total number of alternative formats downloaded for your institution.
- Most Accessible Courses: The top five most accessible courses for your institution. Click on View to access the course report for the selected course.
- Least Accessible Courses: The five least accessible courses for your institution. Click on View to access the course report for the selected course.
Issues Report
Issues Report provides a summary of your institution's accessibility issues.
- Average Issues Per Document: The average number of issues Panorama detects for a document on your institution.
- Total Accessibility Issues: The total number of accessibility issues for your institution.
- Total Major Issues: The total number of major issues for documents detected by Panorama.
- Total Severe Issues: The total number of severe issues for documents detected by Panorama.
- Most Common Issues: The top five most common issues for each severity level for your institution.
- Issues by Document Type: The number of issues for your institution based on the document type.
Content Report
Content Report provides a summary of content uploaded and alternative formats downloaded for your institution.
- Average Alternative Formats Downloaded Per File: The average number of Alternative Formats downloaded per file for your institution.
- Alternative Formats Downloads: The total number of Alternative Formats downloaded for your institution.
- Most Popular Alternative Format: The most popular Alternative Format for your institution.
- Most Popular Format Uploaded: The most popular file format uploaded to your institution.
- Files Processed by Panorama: The total number of files processed monthly by Panorama for your institution.
- Alternative Formats Downloaded: The total number of alternative formats downloaded monthly by students for your institution.
- Files Processed By Document Type: The total number of documents processed by Panorama for your institution.
- Alternative Formats Downloaded by Format Type: The total number of alternative formats downloaded by students for your institution.
Course Report
Course Report allows admins to switch between courses and view the course accessibility scores, popular downloads, and content summary.
- Overall Accessibility Score: The overall accessibility score for the selected course.
- Total Files Processed: The total number of files processed for the selected course.
- Files Improved Using Panorama: The total number of files improved when using Panorama's Accessibility Reports for the selected course.
- Alternative Formats Downloaded: The total number of alternative formats downloaded for the selected course.
- Files Processed by Document Type: The total number of documents processed by Panorama for the selected course.
- Alternative Formats Downloaded by Format Type: The total number of alternative formats downloaded by students for the selected course.
- Content: View all files and their accessibility score processed by Panorama.
- Issues: View accessibility issues and the number of occurrences for individual file types.
Website Accessibility

User Setup

Settings
Settings offer options to configure your institution and courses.
- Visualizer Settings: The Panorama code that is injected into an LMS.

Scope Settings: Select if Panorama should be available in all courses or specific courses using course ID or URL.
- All Courses: Panorama Will be visible in all courses.

Selected Courses Only: Only courses added to the Scope Settings will be available.
- Enabled: Panorama will be visible to instructors and students.
- Silent: Instructors can view analytics reports and adjust the accessibility of their documents while ensuring Panorama is not visible to students.
- Issue Severity Settings: Select the default issue severity level or customize the severity levels to your liking.
- Terms of Use: Add Terms of Use that users can view when accessing alternative formats.
- Global Settings: Settings that affect the entire institution when configuring Panorama.
- Course-Specific Settings: Settings that apply to all courses. These settings can be overridden at an individual course level.
- Course Settings: Settings for a selected course. These settings override Course-Specific Settings.
- Alternative Formats Menu Options: Adjust which formats are available on a per-course basis.
- User Settings: Choose English, French, or Spanish as the default language for Panorama.
Institution Information
Institution Information provides sensitive data for the LTI integration and includes access to test the Alternative Formats API.
