As an admin, you can test the Panorama API access for your institution when alternative formats are not automatically generated for certain courses or across the entire institution.
Testing Panorama API Access for a Course
- Access Panorama from your LMS or log in directly using your direct link and credentials.
- From the side navbar, select Configuration > Integration Settings.
- From the Select Integration drop-down menu, choose LTI API.
- Under Access Keys, locate the Access Key #1 row.
- Note: If you do not see the Access Key #1 row, it means that no access keys have been added to your institution. Please click Add Access Key to integrate Panorama with your LMS's API first. Learn more about Panorama API.
- Click Test Course API Access.
- In the Test Course API Access window, enter the ID of the course that you want to test the API for.
- Click Test API.
- (Optional) If the API access fails, view our integration guide (Canvas, D2L Brightspace, Moodle, Blackboard) to update the access key.
Note: If the API access test is successful, and alternative formats are still not automatically generated for specific courses, contact your Client Success Manager with the API testing result to resolve the issue.
