YuJa Verity offers a range of analytic dashboard reports for instructors and administrators to help them better understand the performance of the test-takers at their institution, as well as how students are engaging with the Verity platform in their courses.
Institution Report
The Institution Report in Verity showcases a summary of your institution's overall Verity usage. To export the report, click Export Report and choose to export via direct download or email link, as a JSON, CSV, or Excel file.
Accessing the Institution Report
- Log in to YuJa Verity.
- Click Reports > Institution Report.
Overview of the Institution Report
From the Institution Report, you can view the following analytics for your institution:
- Total Assessments Proctored: The total number of assessments proctored using YuJa Verity.
- Total Live Attempts: The total number of times students attempted a proctored assessment live.
- Total Number of Attempts: The total number of times that students attempted any proctored assessment.
- Average Attempts per Month: The average number of times students attempted any proctored assessment each month.
- Total Live Hours Proctored: The total number of hours that a proctor has proctored a session live.
- Total Test-Takers Proctored: The total number of students that were proctored.
- Total Hours Proctored: The total number of hours proctored for any type of session.
- Average Hours Proctored per Month: The average number of hours that are proctored each month.
- Course Analytics: You can click View Report and be redirected to the Course Report for each course in your institution. For more details, see the section below.
Course Report
The Course Report shows you a summary of your course's overall Verity usage. To view reports for other courses, click Switch Course. To export the report, click Export Report and choose to export via direct download or email link, as a JSON, CSV, or Excel file.

- Click Reports > Course Report.
Overview of the Course Report
From the Course Report, you can view the following analytics for your selected course:
- Total Assessments Proctored: The total number of assessments proctored using YuJa Verity.
- Total Live Attempts: The total number of times students attempted a proctored assessment live.
- Total Number of Attempts: The total number of times that students attempted any proctored assessment.
- Average Attempts per Month: The average number of times students attempted any proctored assessment each month.
- Total Live Hours Proctored: The total number of hours that a proctor has proctored a session live.
- Total Test-Takers Proctored: The total number of students that were proctored.
- Total Hours Proctored: The total number of hours proctored for any type of session.
- Average Hours Proctored per Month: The average number of hours that are proctored each month.
- Severity Chart: A breakdown of the highest flag level detected for assessments in the course.

Platform Usage: The total number of assessments created for each platform: the browser extension, the Desktop Lockdown app, and the Mobile Lockdown app.
- Assessment Analytics: You can click View Report and be redirected to the Assessment Report for each assessment in your course. For more details, see the section below.
Assessment Report
The Assessment Report provides an overview of key analytics for the results of each assessment. To view reports for other assessments, click Switch Assessment. To export the report, click Export Report and choose to export via direct download or email link, as a JSON, CSV, or Excel file.

- Click Reports > Assessment Report.
Overview of the Assessment Report
From the Assessment Report, you can view the following analytics for your selected assessment:
- Total Assessments Completed: The total number of assessments completed within this assessment category.
- Test-Takers with Severe Flag Level: The total number of test-takers who took this assessment and have been flagged by Verity for violating many high, medium, and low-stakes flags set by the instructor.
- Test-Takers with Major Flag Level: The total number of test-takers who took this assessment and have been flagged by Verity for violating some medium and low-stakes flags set by the instructor.
- Test-takers with Minor Flag Level: The total number of test-takers who took this assessment and have been flagged by Verity for violating a few low-stakes flags set by the instructor.
- Assessment Completion: A breakdown of the progress of test-takers as they complete their assessment.

Assessment Severity Chart: A breakdown of the total number of flagged test-takers for this assessment.
- Test-Taker Analytics: You can click View Results and be redirected to the Post-Assessment Report for each test-taker who attempted this assessment. For more details, please refer to this guide.
