Enabling the Zoom integration for your account allows you to automatically have your Zoom recordings uploaded to the Video Platform. Please note that your Video Platform admin can add or remove your account from the integration at any time.
Enabling the Zoom Integration for Your Account
You will only be able to enable the integration if your admin has integrated Zoom with the Video Platform.
- Log in to your Enterprise Video Platform account.
- Click your profile icon at the top right and then select My Account.
- From the left-side menu, click Configurations.
- In the Video Conference Integrations panel, ensure Zoom is selected.
- In the Linkage Email field, enter the email for your Zoom account.
- Click Send Code.
- In the Verification Code field, enter the verification code sent to the email you provided in step 5.
- Click Verify Code.

Optional: You can enable Automatic Import to upload your recordings to the Video Platform automatically. If this is not enabled, you'll need to manually select which recordings to upload by clicking the Select button for Import Recordings.
- Click Save Changes at the top of the page to complete the process.
Disabling Zoom Integration Through Your User Profile
- Log in to your Enterprise Video Platform account.
- Click your profile icon at the top right and then select My Account.
- From the left-side menu, click Configurations.
- In the Video Conference Integrations panel, ensure Zoom is selected.
- Click Unlink.
- Click Confirm to unlink the Zoom integration.
