The Branding page allows admins and sub-admins with permission to make visual changes to the Video Platform, including colors, logos, and images. They may also make specific theme selections for the Media Player.
Navigating to the Branding Page
- Log in to the Video Platform as an admin or sub-admin.
- Click the Main Menu icon from the right-hand corner and select Admin Panel.
- From the left-side navigation menu, select Branding.
Selecting Colors for the Video Platform
Customize the Video Platform experience by adjusting Platform Colors.
- In the Platform Colors panel, select a color from the preset color, or click the Plus icon to customize its color. You can adjust the color of different sections, including:

Enterprise VideoTube:

Login Dropdown: Changes the color of the credentials drop-down menu.

Highlight & Login Button: Changes the color of the Log In button.

Login Widget Text: Changes the text color for the credentials menu and Log In button.

Focus: Changes the border color of menu items when navigating with keyboard shortcuts.
- Navbar Font Color: Changes the text and highlight color of the left-side navigation menu.

Background Color: Changes the background color of the Enterprise VideoTube.

Font Color: Changes the text color for titles across all carousels.

Login Page: Change the text color on the EnterpriseTube login page.

Header Font: Changes the text color of section names in the side navigation menu within Manage Media.

3. After customizing your branding colors, click Save Changes.
Creating Media Player Options
Below are the steps to access the primary Media Player Theme Settings under the Admin Panel.
- On the Branding page, navigate to the Media Player Theme Settings.
- Click the Create New button under the Media Player Theme Settings.
- Enter a name for your theme, the Default Player View, and the Seek interval.
- Click Create Theme. Once created, you can edit Caption Bar Options, Button Options, and Speed Options.
Enabling Exam Proctoring Terms and Conditions
Organizations can prompt users to accept or decline an organization-specific Terms and Conditions the first time they launch the Exam Proctoring solution. If the Terms and Conditions are updated, users will be re-prompted to accept or decline.
- Navigate to the Forms and Documents panel.
- To upload a PDF terms and conditions file, select Choose File.
- To download the current PDF Terms and Conditions file, select Download.
Enabling Video Platform Terms and Conditions File
Institutions can prompt users to accept or decline their terms and conditions the first time they log into or access the Video Platform. This ensures that user information like their First Name, Last Name, or email address are not passed from the LMS or SSO to the Video Platform until the user accepts the Terms and Conditions.
- Navigate to the Forms and Documents panel.
- Enable Show Terms and Conditions and click the Save Changes button on the Branding page. You can then start Uploading and Sending Consent Forms.
Choosing Branding Options
Create Footers and specify Date and Time Formats to allow consistent branding and marketing across the Video Platform.
- Navigate to the Branding Options panel.
- From here, you can make the following adjustments:
- Platform Footer: The footer text displayed on your Video Platform instance.
- Analytics Integration: Enter the script tag required for third-party analytical tools.
- Login Page Footer: The footer text displayed on the login page.

Date Format: The Video Platform's default date format.
- Time Format: The Video Platform's default time format.
- Auto-Transcription: The default auto-transcription language.
- Language: The Video Platform's default language.
- Title Tag: The Video Platform's title as it appears in the browser tab.
- Once you've made your adjustments, click the Save Changes button on the Branding page.
Adding Logo Placements
The Video Platform may also be branded with individual logos. Individual logo placements can be chosen through the Branding page.
- Navigate to the Branding Elements panel.
- Select Login Page. From here, you can make the following adjustments:
- Login Logo: Click Choose File to upload the logo that will appear on the login page. Optional: You can select a background color for the image.
- Background Image: Click Choose File to upload the background image of the login page.
- Next, click the Platform Logos tab. From here, you can make the following adjustments:
- Enterprise VideoTube: Click Choose File to upload the logo that will appear on your institution's Enterprise VideoTube page.
- Main Menu: Click Choose File to upload the logo that will appear on the Main Menu of the Video Platform. The Main Menu is located at the top right of the Video Platform. Optional: You can select a background color for the image.
- Once satisfied with your adjustments, click the Save Changes button on the branding page.
