AutoPilot is an AI-powered tool that automatically identifies and fixes accessibility issues in files within a selected course. Admins can assign AutoPilot access levels to specific users or roles. Learn more about which Panorama's Accessibility Checklist.
Configuring AutoPilot Access by User
Admins can assign access levels to specific users.
- Log in to Panorama as an admin.
- In the side navbar, select Configurations > General Settings.
- In the AutoPilot Access Level Settings section, select the User Access tab.
- In the Search by user name or email field, enter the user's email.
- In the drop-down menu for each role, select one of the options below.
- Course and Files: The user can run AutoPilot for all the files within a course.
- Files Only: The user can run AutoPilot for individual files.
- AutoPilot Disabled: The user cannot run AutoPilot for individual files.
- Click Assign Access.
- Click Save Changes.
Configuring AutoPilot Access by User Role
Admins can assign access levels to each user role.
- Log in to Panorama as an admin.
- In the side navbar, select Configurations > General Settings.
- In the AutoPilot Access Level Settings section, select the Role Access tab.
- In the drop-down menu for each role, select one of the options below.
- Course and Files: The user can run AutoPilot for all the files within a course.
- Files Only: The user can run AutoPilot for individual files.
- AutoPilot Disabled: The user cannot run AutoPilot for individual files.
- Click Save Changes.
