You can manually add Enhanced Audio Descriptions through the built-in editor on the Video Platform. Alternatively, you can add the descriptions by uploading a file, or generate with AI.
Creating Enhanced Audio Descriptions with Editor
- Log in to the Video Platform and click Manage Media to view your media files.
- Hover over the video that you want to add enhanced audio descriptions to, then select More.
- In the Media Details window, select Accessibility from the side Menu and then select the Audio Description tab.
- Select the Enhanced Audio Description tab.
- Then click Create.
- Position the playback slider at the desired timestamp where you want to insert an enhanced audio description.
- Click Add at mm:ss to insert a description.
- Enter the audio descriptions for your desired timestamp.
- After adding all of the enhanced audio descriptions, click Save.
Note: Your Enhanced Audio Description may take up to 1 hour to appear.
