Admins can integrate their 3Play Media account with the Video Platform to enable human-created captioning and transcriptions for their videos. The Video Platform also supports integrations with Verbit, Rev Media, and Cielo 24.
Integrating 3PlayMedia With the Video Platform
Before proceeding with the steps below, please ensure you have your 3Play Media API Key and API Secret Key.
- Go to the Admin Panel. Then, select Integrations.
- From the Select Integration drop-down menu, select Captioning - 3Play Media.
- Enable 3Play Media Captioning.
- Click Add Captioning Service.
- Fill out the information as shown below:
- Captioning Service Name: Any name of your choice for the integration.
- API V1 Key: The API key associated with your 3Play Media account.
- API V1 Secret Key: The API secret key associated with your 3Play Media account.
- Click Save to complete the integration. You can then access human-based captioning and manage accessibility options to configure who has access to caption content.
