After creating a poll, you can add your poll to a D2L Brightspace course for students to access. After students complete their polls, the grades will be synced to the D2L Brightspace gradebook.
Adding an Engage Poll to Your Course
Once a poll has been released, you can add the poll to your course for students to access.
- Log in to D2L Brightspace as an instructor and select your course.
- In the top navbar, select Content.
- Select the unit in which you want to add the poll.
- Click Existing Activities.
- Select the YuJa Engage LTI link.
Note: The name of the tool may vary depending on your institution. - In the Activity Chooser window, locate your poll and click the + button. Then save the activity.

Release the poll to allow students to respond.
