Sending a Diagnostic Report From the YuJa Software Capture for PC Application

If you are experiencing issues with your YuJa Software Capture application, you may be asked to send a diagnostic report to the YuJa Support team. To learn how to send us a direct diagnostic report, please follow the steps below.

Send a Diagnostic Report on Windows PC

  1. Right-click the YuJa Software Capture taskbar icon and click Settings.
    The YuJa Software Capture taskbar icon is right-clicked and Settings is selected from the pop-up menu.
  2. In the Settings window, select the System Settings tab. If prompted, select Run as Admin.
    System Setting and Run as Admin are highlighted in the Application Settings window.
  3. To send the diagnostics package, click Send.
    The Send button is highlighted next to Send diagnostic package, as well as the Save button.
