As an admin or instructor, you can reprocess the course to remove all files, alternative formats, and accessibility reports of the selected course from Panorama, while keeping them in your LMS. You can also refresh the course report to update it with recent changes, including newly added or modified files, without running a full accessibility analysis. You may reprocess a course if you wish to reset in preparation for a new semester.
Reprocessing Courses
Reprocessing a course retrieves all files in the course, along with instructor information and additional course details such as term, course ID, and subaccounts, while keeping them in your LMS.
- Log in to your LMS and go to your course.
- Click the Panorama link within your course.
In Panorama, hover over your profile in the upper righthand corner, and click Settings.
Click Course Settings.
Select your course.
Scroll down until you see the red Reprocess Course button and click on it.
- Within the Reprocess Course window, type Reprocess in the text box to confirm course reprocessing.
- Note: Reprocessing a course will permanently remove all files, alternative formats, and accessibility reports from Panorama, but not your LMS.
