Blackboard provides institutions the ability to migrate existing LTI 1.1 tools to LTI 1.3. Institutions with the Panorama LTI 1.1 tool may utilize this feature to migrate their Panorama LTI 1.1 tool to LTI 1.3 without breaking any existing links or user information.
Migrating Panorama LTI 1.1 to LTI 1.3
- Log in to Blackboard Ultra as an Admin.
- In the side panel, click on Admin.
- Under Integrations, click on LTI Tool Providers.
- Click Register LTI 1.3/Advantage Tool.
- Enter your Client ID for Panorama based on your zone.

- CAN Zone: 3a786e8b-d25e-4b52-9ebe-5556472822d1
- EU Zone: ab8952c5-d702-4b28-b748-536ea531678e
- Click the Submit button.
- An alert will appear asking to confirm the LTI 1.1 tool migration to LTI 1.3. Click OK.
- Blackboard will automatically populate the required fields.
- Click the Submit button to complete the migration process.
