As an admin, you can add a Terms of Use agreement that requires users to agree to before generating the Alternative Formats for their files.
Adding a Terms of Use Agreement
- Log in to Panorama as an admin.
- Hover over the left side panel and select Configuration > General Settings.
- Select the Institution Settings tab.
- Under the Alternative Formats Terms of Use section, select Visible.
- Enter your Terms of Use agreement in the text box.
- Click Save Changes to add your Terms of Use agreement.
