Before beginning a quiz, you must ensure that all applicable settings are enabled on your device. This guide provides instructions on allowing your browser to access your webcam, microphone, audio, and screen share.
Webcam Permission
- You will receive an error message in red if your webcam cannot be connected.
- To enable your webcam, select the icon located in the access bar of your browser in the upper-right corner.
- Select Always allow, and ensure the correct webcam is selected from the Camera drop-down menu.
- Click Done, and then select Retry under the webcam error message to enable your webcam.
Microphone Permission
- You will receive an error message in red if your microphone cannot be connected.
- To enable your microphone, select the icon located in the access bar of your browser in the upper-right corner.
- Select Always allow, and ensure the correct microphone is selected from the Microphone drop-down menu.
- Click Done, and then select Retry under the microphone error message to enable your microphone.
Screen Share and Audio Permission
- You will receive an error message in red if your screen share and audio are not connected.
- To enable your screen share and audio, select Retry under the error message.
- Select the correct screen to share.
- Check the box next to Share system audio.
- Select Share to enable your screen share and audio.
