Due to a D2L Brightspace limitation that prevents applications from integrating in this area without a browser extension, some users may be unable to view the YuJa Panorama Accessibility icon for their files in D2L. As an admin, you can disable New Learner Experience within D2L Brightspace to fix the issue.
Disabling New Learner Experience
- Log in to D2L as an Admin.
- Click the Settings icon and select All > Config Variable Browser.
- In the search bar, search for d2l.Tools.Content.NewLearnerExperience.
- Select d2l.Tools.Content.NewLearnerExperience (OrgUnit) from the list of results.
- Scroll down to Override Values.
- Select every department that you would like to turn off the D2L New Learner Experience for, then click Remove Selected Values.
