Favoriting Videos, Documents, and Images
Content Owners can Star videos, documents and images as a favorite item and view them in the Favorites tab within My Media.
- Log into the Video Platform and select your media folder.
- Hover over a video, document or image you would like to favorite and click the Star icon.
- To favorite multiple videos, documents and images, select More Actions and click Select All.
- If you would like to select specific media files to favorite, select each file while holding down the Ctrl key on your keyboard.
- From the More Actions drop-down menu, select Bulk Favorite to add all selected media to the Favorites tab located on the left-hand side.
Visual Search Capabilities
Media content within the Favorites tab can be searched using the search bar located on the top-left.
- Navigate to the Favorites tab and click on the search bar, to reveal a drop-down arrow. Select the arrow to bring up the Advanced Search Operations.
- Check Restrict Visual Search to Current Folder to search only within the Favorites tab.
- Search for keywords or media titles within the search bar to reveal favorited content.
