Users' accounts that are enrolled in a third-party platform integration have the ability to view and manage recordings created and imported from Zoom, WebEx, Blackboard Collaborate, or Microsoft Teams. Access to this feature can be found under a user's My Account page.
- Log in to the Video Platform and access the My Account tab from Avatar Icon on the Main Menu.
- Select Integrations on the side panel on the My Account page and click Select next to Import Recordings.
- Within the Active Recordings page, receive specific recordings by selecting the corresponding Import button under the Actions column.
- Once the import has been initiated, the recordings will start processing into the corresponding Zoom, WebEx, Blackboard Collaborate, or Microsoft Teams recordings folder.
