As an admin, you can connect YuJa FeedbackFlow with your Blackboard Ultra Learning Management System (LMS) to make the platform available inside Blackboard Ultra for managing media recordings and quizzes.
Before you start
Ensure you have a Key, Shared Secret, Zone URL, and Client ID obtained from your Account Manager.
Adding YuJa FeedbackFlow to Blackboard Ultra

Log in to Blackboard as an admin and select Admin from the side navbar.

Under the Integrations section, click LTI Tool Providers.

Click Register LTI 1.3/AdvantageTool.

Enter the Client ID provided by your Account Manager and click Submit.

Take note and write down the auto-populated Deployment ID, Initiate Login URL, Tool Redirect URL, and JWKS URL shown. This information is required for later steps.

Scroll down. Under Tool Status, select Approved.
- Under Tool Provider Custom Parameters, enter the required information on separate lines:
- blackboard_course_previous_context_ids=$Context.id.history
- lis_person_sourcedid=@X@user.id@X@

lti_login_id=@X@user.id@X@

In the User Fields to Send field, select Role in Course, Name, and Email Address.

In the Allow grade service access field, select Yes.

In the Allow Membership Service Access field, select Yes.

Click Submit.
Adding the LTI 1.3 placement for YuJa FeedbackFlow
LTI placement, including a name and link, makes it easy for end-users to find and use YuJa FeedbackFlow. Although it is not required, managing the placement of this tool is strongly recommended.

From the LTI Tool Providers menu, click on the drop-down menu of your YuJa 1.3 LTI Tool.

Click Manage Placements.

Select Create Placement.
- Input the Placement Information as follows:
- Label: YuJa FeedbackFlow

Handle: YuJa FeedbackFlow

Type: Select Course Tool and check Allow student access.

Target Link URL: https://<Your_YuJa_Domain>/LTI3Entry.jsp

Select Submit.
Integrating Blackboard Ultra into YuJa FeedbackFlow
Once the registration and placement information is configured in Blackboard, you will place the API Configuration keys into YuJa FeedbackFlow for integration.
- Log in to YuJa FeedbackFlow as an admin.

From the sidebar menu, click on the gear icon to access the integrations menu.

Click on the Select Integration dropdown and choose Blackboard.
- Under LTI 1.3 Integrations, fill out the following information:
- ISS: https://blackboard.com
- Client ID: Refer to your Zone Provisioning document.
- OIDC: https://developer.blackboard.com/api/v1/gateway/oidcauth
- JWKS Endpoint: https://developer.blackboard.com/.well-known/jwks.json
- OAuth 2 Token: https://developer.blackboard.com/api/v1/gateway/oauth2/jwttoken

Deployment ID: Refer to step 5 in the Adding YuJa FeedbackFlow to Blackboard Ultra section. If entering multiple Deployment IDs, separate each by a single comma.
- Click Save Changes in the top right corner.
