Administrators in YuJa EqualGround can enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) to prevent unauthorized access and improve platform security. This guide explains how admins can enable multi-factor authentication in the platform's settings.
- Log into YuJa EqualGround as an administrator.
Click on the Configuration tab in the left side navbar.
Click on General Settings.
- Ensure that you are in the Organizational Settings tab on the page. Under Global Settings, toggle Enabled next to the Enable MFA for Non-Admin Accounts option.
Click Save Changes.
To also enable MFA for administrators in the platform, toggle Enabled next to the Enable MFA for Admin Accounts option. Click Save Changes.
