Quick Troubleshooting Tips
If you encounter issues with your Hardware Hub during the setup, try the following tips:
- If the Hardware Hub is not registering, verify the accuracy of the UDID by cross-referencing it with the UDID listed on the back of the Hardware Hub.
- If the Hardware Hub is unable to discover connected devices, unregister the Hardware Hub, reboot it, and then register the Hardware Hub again. Ensure that all devices are properly connected.
- After registering the Hardware Hub, to verify that it is working correctly, start an Impromptu Session. This will allow you to test a session before scheduling one.
