As an admin of a SharePoint site, you can set up automatic document replacement with YuJa EqualGround. Documents remediated in the YuJa EqualGround interface can now automatically replace the existing document in your SharePoint repository if you choose to enable this option.
Note: YuJa EqualGround must be integrated with your SharePoint site before proceeding with this guide. Read about integrating YuJa EqualGround into SharePoint if you haven't done so already.
Setting up automatic document replacement with YuJa EqualGround in SharePoint
- Log in to YuJa EqualGround as an administrator.

Hover over the side navbar and select Websites.

Locate the domain of your website that has been scanned in YuJa EqualGround. Click on the domain name of your website.

From your website's page, on the side menu, click Configuration.
- On the Configuration page, make sure you're on the General tab.

In the Scan Scope section, locate the setting called Allow Automatic Document Replacement and switch the toggle to On.
- YuJa EqualGround will now automatically replace existing documents in your SharePoint repository after remediating them.
