YuJa EqualGround’s SharePoint Integration Module extends accessibility scanning and reporting to Microsoft SharePoint. The integration allows users to scan sites and document libraries to help ensure their intranet meets accessibility standards.
Enabling SharePoint Integration
In order to add a SharePoint website to YuJa EqualGround, SharePoint integration must first be completed and then enabled. For more information on integrating YuJa EqualGround into SharePoint, click here. If your SharePoint Integration has already been enabled, continue to the next section, Adding and Scanning a Microsoft SharePoint Website.
- Log in to YuJa EqualGround as an administrator.
- From the left-side navigation menu, select Configuration > Modules.
- Select the SharePoint Integration Module.
- Ensure the toggle is set to Enabled.
Adding and Scanning a Microsoft SharePoint Website
- Log in to YuJa EqualGround as an administrator.
- From the left-side navigation menu, select Configuration > Scope Settings.
- Locate Scope Settings. In the text field, enter the URL for the SharePoint website you’d like to scan, then click Add.
- From the left-side navigation menu, select Websites.
- Click Add Website.
- Click Add From Microsoft SharePoint, then add the same SharePoint URL from step 3.
- Click Next.
- Read through the Connect with Microsoft SharePoint information and click Connect.
- Connect with the desired SharePoint account. The account entered must have Admin SharePoint credentials.
- Upon connection, a success message will appear. Click Next.
- Select if you would like to Scan All Sites or Scan Specific Sites, then click Next.
- (Optional) If you choose to Scan Specific Sites, select the sites you would like to scan, then click Next.
- Select if you would like to Scan All Libraries or Scan Specific Libraries, then click Next.
- (Optional) If you choose to Scan Specific Libraries, select the Libraries you would like to scan, then click Next.
- Configure your scan settings. Users can select:
- Scan Frequency: Choose between daily, weekly, biweekly, monthly, quarterly, manually, or custom.

Accessibility Laws and Policies: Select the desired accessibility regulations you would like YuJa EqualGround to follow, then click Save.
- Login Credentials Location: Select where users enter their login credentials. Choose between not required, page, or pop-up window.
- Login Page URL: Enter the URL of the website login page.
- Login & Multi-Step Next Selector: Enter the unique attribute used to identify the login button and to identify the next button to enter the password.
- User Name: Enter the unique attribute used to identify the login button and the same email used in step 9 to connect the desired SharePoint account.

Password: Enter the unique attribute used to identify the password field and the password used in step 9 to access the website. Then click Save.
- Review the SharePoint site and library information, then click Start Scan.
- Your SharePoint website will be scanned by YuJa EqualGround. Live updates of scan progress will be shown as the platform completes the scan.
