YuJa Panorama offers a range of analytic dashboard reports to instructors and administrators to help them better understand the accessibility compliance of their institution, as well as how students are engaging with accessible content in their courses.
LMS Report
The LMS Report in Panorama showcases a summary of the overall accessibility of your LMS. To export the report, click Export Report and choose to export via direct download, email link, JSON, or Excel.
From the LMS Report, you can view the following analytics:
- Overall Accessibility Score: The overall accessibility score of your entire LMS calculated using the accessibility score of your LMS content and documents.
- Total Files Processed: The total number of files that have been remediated using the Accessibility Report, or had been used to generate alternative formats.
- Total Remediations: The total number of remediations conducted in your LMS for both documents and LMS content.
- Cumulative Alternative Formats Downloaded: The total number of alternative formats generated and downloaded by students and instructors in your LMS using the Alternative Formats menu.
- Accessibility Score Graph/Table: A line graph or table tracking the accessibility score of your overall LMS as well as any selected document types over time. The default time period tracked is one year from the current month. You can change the time frame by using Filter Report.
- Course Analytics: Detailed analytics information for each course in your LMS. You can also search for individual courses by course name or course ID. The information displayed in this table include:
- Course ID
- Course Name
- Total Files
- Total Downloads
- Improvements
- Storage Size
- Score
- AI Summary: An AI-powered summary that includes information on specific courses for improvement, guidance for next steps, observed trends, and recommended areas for action. If you have previously generated insights, you must click Refresh to see the latest updates.
Course Report
The Course Report shows you detailed analytics of a selected course in your LMS. To access a Course Report, you will first be prompted to select a course. To view reports for other courses, click Switch Course. To export the report, click Export Report and choose to export via direct download, email link, JSON, or Excel.
From the Course Report, you can view the following analytics:
- Overall Accessibility Score: The overall accessibility score of your entire course calculated using the accessibility score of your course content and documents.
- Total Files Processed: The total number of files that have been remediated using the Accessibility Report, or had been used to generate alternative formats.
- Total Remediations: The total number of remediations conducted in your course for both documents and course content.
- Cumulative Alternative Formats Downloaded: The total number of alternative formats generated and downloaded by students and instructors in your course using the Alternative Formats menu.

- Document Type: A visual breakdown of the type of documents that have been processed by Panorama and the number of alternative formats downloaded by students.
- Files & Issues: A table view showing files in your selected course with accessibility issues, and files that have been remediated using the Accessibility Report. You can view the following tables:
- Files: All files in your course, the last time they were scanned, their accessibility score, and the option to remove the file.
- Issues: Accessibility issues that have been identified in your files sorted by severity and the number of instances the issue occurs throughout your course.
- Files Remediated: All files in your course that have been processed using the Accessibility Report, their score before and after remediation, and the type of remediation.
- AI Summary: An AI-powered summary that includes information on specific courses for improvement, guidance for next steps, observed trends, and recommended areas for action. If you have previously generated insights, you must click Refresh to see the latest updates.
