YuJa Panorama allows administrators to conduct bulk actions for courses and sub-accounts settings. This guide will teach you how to apply settings across courses and sub-accounts, step-by-step. The following steps are applicable across all LMS integrations that YuJa Panorama offers. This guide will use Canvas to demonstrate the process.
Before You Start
Open Panorama within the course for which you wish to duplicate the settings. The settings for the course you select will be applied to the course(s) and/or sub-account(s) selected in the following steps.
Accessing Course Settings

Open your Panorama Admin account. In the sidebar menu, click on Configuration > General Settings.

Select Course Settings and click on Publish Settings.
- The Publish Settings modal will open with options to publish settings to courses or accounts. To apply settings across courses, read Apply Settings Across Multiple Courses. To apply settings across accounts, read Apply Settings Across Multiple Accounts.
Apply Settings Across Multiple Courses
- Ensure you are within the Courses tab in the Publish Settings modal.
- Choose the courses that you would like to apply the settings to. Your current course's settings will be copied to the selected course(s).
- Click Publish to Courses.
- Click Save Changes to complete the process.
Apply Settings Across Multiple Accounts
- Ensure you are within the Accounts tab in the Publish Settings modal.
- Choose the accounts that you would like to apply settings to. Your current account settings will be copied to the selected account(s).
- Click Publish to Sub Accounts (in this case, Canvas Accounts).
- Click on Save Changes to complete the process.
