EqualGround hosts a heatmapping tool to track engagement, analyze how viewers interact with your content, and maximize user experience on your website. This guide outlines how to use them step-by-step.
In the Sidebar, click on Websites. Select the website you would like to add heatmaps to.
In the Sidebar, click on Heatmap. Proceed to follow the instructions in the window.
Repeat steps 1 and 2. Click on the webpage once the status says "Ready" to access your heatmap.
EqualGround will show you a heatmap that highlights activity zones on your website.
