Lumina's Video Compliance Report feature lets administrators access a unified accessibility compliance workflow for their video-based content. This feature enables admins to conduct individual or bulk actions across the learning management system all while keeping track of their compliance quality.
Accessing Video Compliance Reports
Click on the Main Menu button in the top lefthand corner of the screen and click on the Admin Panel button.
Hover over the left sidebar and click on Accessibility.
Navigate to the upper left of the screen and select Compliance Report.
Adjusting Scope
Admins can adjust report scope to cover All Media, My Media Collection, Course Channels, Enterprise VideoTube, Shared, Folders, and User Collections. They can also filter videos for their time of publication.
Viewing Analytics
Near the top of the screen is an organized layout that visualizes the amount of compliant videos in the LMS (Captions, Audio Descriptions, and Chapters), including percentages for each tool. Administrators may also filter a singular type of compliance measure.
Remediation Workflow
Within the Remediation Workflow, administrators can choose to make changes for individual or multiple videos at the same time by toggling Bulk Actions. To the left of the video list, administrators can use check boxes to select which videos to remediate in bulk. To the right, they can filter for video title, owner, or for particular content that needs attention.
Generating or Manually Adding Accessibility Tools
The Video Compliance Report lets administrators choose to generate compliance measures into videos or manually add them in the Lumina’s built-in Video Editor. For captions, administrators may request a human to write captions.
