Some visually-impaired learners and users cannot perceive low color contrast ratios. Other users may need a larger font to engage with class materials effectively.
Changing Font Size and Color in PPTX and DOCX
To remedy accessibility issues related to font size and color, Structural Remediation allows users to change font size and color within Word documents and PowerPoint presentations.
In the Accessibility Report for the document, click Launch next to Structural Remediation.
Locate the element with font size or color issues. The selected element in the document will be highlighted in the corresponding index on the right.
To change font color, either copy and paste a Hex code into the Text Color field or click on the text's current color to use the built-in color picker.
To change font size, type the desired font size into the Font Size field.
- Click the Save button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen to complete the process.
