YuJa EqualGround’s WebFlow Accessibility Module extends accessibility compliance monitoring beyond static pages to evaluate dynamic web applications, single-page applications, and interactive user workflows. YuJa EqualGround WebFlow provides continuous monitoring across interactive experiences by recording user journeys, scanning each unique state, and autonomously replaying workflows.
How to Add a Website to the YuJa EqualGround WebFlow Module
The YuJa EqualGround WebFlow module can be used to scan dynamic elements on websites.
- Log in to EqualGround as an admin.

In the EqualGround sidebar menu, select WebFlow.

Click Add Web App.
- Enter the URL of the website you want to analyze for accessibility.

Click Add Web App to continue.
- Follow the instructions on the page to ensure your EqualGround Browser extension is downloaded.

Click Next. The website will then be added to your WebFlows list and automatically open up the website to add your first flow.
How to Add a Flow to YuJa EqualGround Webflow
Use the YuJa EqualGround WebFlow Module to record user navigation flows that EqualGround can then scan to analyze the accessibility of the user flow. By adding a user flow to the module, you can view all the issues that appear during the flow and see the affected elements involved.
Note: To add a flow, you must have the EqualGround Browser Extension installed and have the Website Accessibility toggle set to ON.

In the EqualGround Webflow page, select the website you need to create a flow for.

Click Create Flow. This will automatically open up the website with the WebFlow Accessibility Module open.

Click Launch WebFlow.
Note: If you don’t see the WebFlow Module, click on your EqualGround browser extension and make sure the Website Accessibility toggle is set to ON. Then refresh the page and try again.

Click Start Recording and begin recording your user flow.
Note: The recording pane opens in a new window. If it disappears as you are going through your user flow, you can reopen it by opening the window from your taskbar.

Click Finish Recording when you are done adding your user flow.

Add a name for your flow and click Save as Flow.

Go back to the EqualGround WebFlow page and click on the desired website to view the accessibility analytics for the user flow.

Click on the user flow to review the flow and learn more about the issues detected.
- Click on Flow Analysis to see where issues were detected throughout your flow.

Click on issues to see which WCAG issues were detected.
