YuJa EqualGround now integrates into Google Workspace to conduct remediation for your document's accessibility issues. This guide will detail how to do the integration process step by step.
Downloading the EqualGround Google Workspace Add-On
- Log in to YuJa EqualGround using your administrator account.
From the sidebar, select Configurations > Integration Settings.
Under CMS (Content Management System), select Google Workspace Integration.
Click Download Add-On.
EqualGround will redirect you to the EqualGround Google Workspace Add-On installation page. Click Install.
Google Workspace Marketplace will ask you for permission to proceed. Press Continue.
Sign in to EqualGround Accessibility with your Google Account. Select Continue.
EqualGround will request access permissions. Make sure to check off Select All.
Click Continue.
The EqualGround Google Workspace Extension will now be fully installed. Click Done to complete the process.
Accessing the Add-On
- Open any Google Workspace document. This guide will use a Google Doc as an example.
- Select Extensions in the top menu.
- In the dropdown menu, select EqaulGround Google Workspace Add-On.
Click Scan Document to begin using the accessibility report.
