Once installed, Software Capture for Apple offers a variety of methods for easy login. You can log in to Software Capture by using your Organization's Single Sign-On (SSO), YuJa credentials, or directly from the Video Platform.
Log in to Software Capture Using Organization Search
With the Organization Search feature, you can quickly search for your organization and log in by either searching for your organization's name or using your organization-issued email address.
- Launch Software Capture from your desktop.
- Use the Organization Search to locate your organization by either typing in your organization's name or an Organization-issued email address. Once found, press return on your keyboard.
- You can then choose between two options:
- Single Sign-On: If SSO has been set up, you can log in using your organization's Single Sign-On credentials.
- YuJa Credentials: You can log in by using your YuJa credentials if SSO has not been set up by your organization.
- Once logged in, you can start a new recording with your Apple computer.
Log in to Software Capture Using YuJa's Credentials
Software Capture also offers the option for you to log in directly with your YuJa credentials.
- Launch Software Capture from your desktop.
- Click Sign in with YuJa Credentials.
- Enter your Username and Password, and then click Login.
- Once logged in, you can start a new recording with your Apple computer.
Log in to Software Capture From the Video Platform
Users can quickly start a new recording session directly from the Video Platform.
- Access the Video Platform through your direct link and sign in, or access the platform through a course in your Learning Management System—Canvas, Blackboard, D2L Brightspace, or Moodle.
- Click the Create Recording button at the top of your screen.
- Ensure Record from your Windows PC or Mac is selected and then click Start to automatically log in to Software Capture.
- Once logged in, you can start a new recording with your Apple computer.
