This document provides instructions on integrating two Learning Management Systems (LMS) into a YuJa Enterprise Video Platform. These steps will only be done after the LMS has been integrated into the YuJa Enterprise Video Platform. Please note the following settings will need to be completed for each of the LMS integrated. If you have any questions regarding any steps in this process, please contact your dedicated Customer Success Manager.
User Configuration
Since the organization has enabled two LMS integrations, we recommend this setting because it means that irrespective of whether users log in via a different LMS, they will be presented with the same YuJa Video Platform.
- Log in as an Administrator and select Admin Panel.
- Choose Integrations from the left-side menu.
- Navigate to the section labeled User Configuration.
- Select Automatically Provision User Accounts.
- On the top right of the screen, select the Save button.
Entity LTI Linkage Settings
LTI Linkage Settings are designed to map newly created users and Channels being sent from the Learning Management System (LMS) to existing users and Channels in the YuJa Enterprise Video Platform.
- Log in as an Administrator and select Admin Panel.
- Choose Integrations.
- Scroll down to the section labeled Entity Linkage Settings.
- Choose to link users and course; you may select the desired type of linkage from the dropdown menus.
- On the top right of the screen, select the Save button.
