In some cases when a Content Creator tries to manually upload a video to the Video Platform, the upload may be stuck in a state of Pending. This can be due to the Content Creator's Windows PC local device's time not syncing with the Microsoft Server time. Synchronizing the Windows PC Device's Time and Date with Microsoft Server
- Navigate to the Settings application on the Windows PC device.
- Select Time & Language.
- In the Date & Time section scroll down to Synchronize your clock and select Sync now.
