Ghostery is a browser extension that blocks information from certain sites. It may cause the YuJa Enterprise Video Platform window to appear blank and prevent access to media content.
Steps to Whitelist Ghostery
Follow the steps below, depending on your web browser, to add the Video Platform as a trusted site for this extension.
For some steps, <Your_Organization> is to be replaced by the wildcard DNS of the organization associated with the Video Platform. As an example, for “https://hudson.yuja.com”, <Your_Organization> would be replaced by “hudson”.
Google Chrome
- Navigate to your organization's YuJa zone <Your_Organization>.yuja.com.
- Click on the Ghostery icon in the top right corner of your Chrome browser.
- Click Trust Site within the drop-down menu.
- Refresh the browser page for this change to take effect.
Firefox
- Navigate to your organization's YuJa zone <Your_Organization>.yuja.com.
- Click on the Ghostery icon in the top right corner of your Firefox browser.
- Click Trust Site within the drop-down menu.
- Refresh the browser page for this change to take effect.
Safari
- Navigate to your organization's YuJa zone <Your_Organization>.yuja.com.
- Click the Ghostery icon to the left of the address bar.
- Click Trust Site within the drop-down menu.
Microsoft Edge
- Navigate to your organization's YuJa zone <Your_Organization>.yuja.com.
- Click on the Ghostery icon in the top right corner of your Edge browser.
- Click Trust Site within the drop down menu.
- Refresh the browser page for this change to take effect.
