This document specifies the setup information of the YuJa Hardware Hub 1U Serial.
YuJa Hardware Hub 1U Serial Specifications
- LCD Panel: A 142mm x 37.5mm LCD screen with a 6-key keypad.
- Hardware Hub ON/OFF Switch: Press and hold the button for 1 second to turn the hub on or off.
- Power Supply: 400W Power Supply In at 100-240V, 6-3A, 60-50Hz.
- USB Capture Ports: Can connect up to 4 2.0 or 3.0 USB devices including visual, audio, and control devices. For example, Delcom Indicator Switches.
- 2-Ethernet Ports: Connect one or two Gigabit Ethernet connections for high-throughput capture uploading
- RCA Line-Level Unbalanced: Connect external audio devices using an included breakout cable such as microphones or audio mixers.
- 3.5mm Line-in, Microphone-in, Line-out: Connect standard microphones or most external audio sources. For balanced audio inputs such as XLR, use a breakout cable with a 3.5mm TRS connection (speak with your YuJa Customer Success Manager for more information).
- Standard Capture Slot: Connect VGA, DVI, HDMI, SDI, HD-SDI, Component Video, S-Video & Composite Video sources.

Connecting Audio and Video Sources to the Hardware Hub
This is very straightforward to connect the device to the Hardware Hub. The following table lists all the devices and corresponding action required.

Turning on the Hub
Press the circle power button located in the front of the hub right corner. The hub will start up and you will see the solid blue power light. The LCD screen will display the current hub status.
