You can use Alternative Formats menu to convert your document into an accessible format. You can access the Alternative Formats Menu from your Learning Management System (LMS) course, DocHub, or through Panorama's Course Report.
Accessing the Alternative Formats Menu from a Course
You can access the Alternative Formats Menu by searching for the document in your course.
- Log in to your LMS.
- Navigate to the document you want.

Click the Alternative Formats button.
Note: Your instructor may have set another color for the Alternative Formats icon. If alternative formats are disabled for a specific document, it will be indicated by the Disabled Alternative Formats icon.
Accessing the Alternative Formats Menu from DocHub
DocHub is available for Panorama users, but your admin may have disabled it. If DocHub is disabled, students and instructors can access the Alternative Formats Menu from their course, and instructors can also access the Alternative Formats Menu from the course report.
- Log in to your Learning Management System (LMS).
- Navigate to Panorama.
- In the sidebar, select DocHub.
- Navigate to your document.
- Select your document.
Accessing the Alternative Formats Menu From the Course Report
Instructors and admins can use Panorama's course report to search for documents and access their Alternative Formats Menu.
- Log in to your Learning Management System (LMS).
- Navigate to Panorama.
- In the sidebar, select Course Report.
- (Optional) In the search bar, enter the name of your document and then click Search.
- Select your document.
Using the Alternative Formats Menu
You can use the Alternative Formats menu to convert documents into a variety of accessible formats.
- Open the document's Alternative Formats Menu.
- Select one of the accessible formats:
- Source File: Download the document in its original format.
- PDF: View the document in PDF format, suitable for both online and download viewing.
- Text File: View the document in a pure text format without any formatting styles, suitable for both online and download viewing.
- Immersive Reader: Allow for text customizations, grammar options, and reading preferences while following along with the audio playback.
- Gradient Reader: Enhance visual word recognition when reading by providing a guiding color gradient.
- EPUB: View the document in the ebook format, suitable for any ebook reader application.

Braille: View the document in Braille Grade 2 format, suitable for download and viewing (a Braille reader is required).
- BRF: Download the document in Braille Ready File format.
- UEB: Download the document in Unified English Braille format.
- Audio Podcast: Audio playback for documents, suitable for both online and download listening.
- Enhanced HTML: View HTML content with additional elements and attributes.
