Integrating the IP / Wireless Camera with the YuJa Software Capture for PC Application
The first section summarizes the process of inserting the IP / Wireless camera’s streaming protocol into the YuJa Software Capture for PC application.
- First, find the IP address of the IP / Wireless camera. Refer to the camera's user manual for how to obtain the IP address.
Within the Software Capture for PC Application, click the Settings button.
Select the IP Camera tab, and click Add New IP Camera.
Fill in the applicable information for your IP / Wireless camera.
- Name: Add a nickname for the IP / Wireless camera.
- Scheme/Protocol: rtsp.
- IPAddress: The IP address of the IP / Wireless camera.
- Path: Refer to the user manual to find the IP / Wireless camera's streaming path.
- Username/Password: The username and password to access the IP / Wireless camera.
- Click Save Changes when done.
Using the IP / Wireless Camera with the YuJa Software Capture for PC Application
Once you have finished integrating the IP / Wireless Camera into the YuJa Software Capture for PC application, it will be available as a video source when streaming or recording from the Video menu.
- Launch the YuJa Software Capture for PC application and log in.
- Under Camera options, click the Select Camera box to open the Video Source dropdown list.
- Select your IP / Wireless camera from the dropdown list.
- Click Start Recording to begin your recording with your IP / Wireless camera.
