Logging in to the Software Capture for PC application allows you to access all necessary capture tools. While the Software Capture application can keep you logged in automatically, you can log in manually using the instructions below.
Logging in to the Application from the Video Platform
With the Video Platform, you can log directly in to the YuJa Software Capture for PC application.
- Log in to the Video Platform.
- Click on Create Recording at the top of the screen.
- A window titled Create Recording will appear. From the drop-down menu, select Record from your Windows PC or Mac.
- Click Start to launch the YuJa Software Capture for PC application on your computer.
Logging in to the Application by Using Single-Sign-On
If your organization has its Single-Sign-On (SSO) integrated with the Video Platform, you can log in to the Software Capture application through your SSO credentials.
- Open the Software Capture for PC application from your System Tray or Desktop.
- Enter your Organization's Name or Organizational Email Address and click Find My Organization.
- Enter your organizational Email and Password.
- Click Sign in to access the Software Capture application.
Logging in to the Application by Using Your YuJa Credentials
If your organization does not have a Single-Sign-On integration with the Video Platform, you can enter your YuJa Credentials instead to access the Software Capture application.
- Open the Software Capture for PC application from your System Tray or Desktop.
- Click Sign in with YuJa Credentials.
- Enter your YuJa Username and Password.
- Click Login to access the Software Capture application.
