Status History allows you to view connection status and other factors for each Device.
Accessing Device Management
Device management is accessed through the Admin Panel page.
- Navigate to the Admin Panel from the Main Menu.
- Choose Devices from the left-side menu.
- Select the desired Device. Clicking on the Device will bring up the Actions menu, including the Status History.
Viewing Status History
The paper icon allows you access to the Status History for the selected device, showing when the device has been connected or disconnected. You can choose to see the Status History for a set time period and can filter based on Device Status, Session Status, Warning, or Error.
- Click the desired Device. Choose Status History.
- Select the desired time period using the dropboxes. You may also choose which information to display using the Status Filter dropdown box.
