Meeting Owners within the Video Conference may manage mute settings for all participants.
Managing Mute Settings for Individual Participants
Muting allows the Meeting Owner to control microphone access for all participants in the Video Conference.
- Click Users to open the user list.
- Select the drop down icon for the users to mute.
- Select Mute for Me to mute the user for only yourself or Mute to mute the user for all participants.
Muting All Participants
Meeting Owners can also mute all Video Conference participants and control if participants are allowed to unmute themselves.
- Click Users to open the user list.
- Select Mute All Participants.
- Choose whether or not to Mute All Participants and Allow participants can unmute themselves.
- Click Apply Settings to apply your changes.
