You can download auto-captions for Lumina media that contain spoken audio.
Downloading Caption Files
You can download auto-caption files are in SRT file format. It can be opened by any text editor to edit or review.
- Log in to Lumina.
- Click Manage Media.
- Go to the media you want.
- Hover over it and select More....
- In the sidebar, select Accessibility.
- In the SRT Caption File row, click the More actions button > Download.
Based on your organization's settings, auto-captioning may not be available. For more information or assistance, please contact your Account Manager.
