Minimum Requirements for Watching a Live Stream

This guide is intended to instruct users on how to properly utilize the Video Platform for the best live stream viewing experience.

Windows OS Requirements

1. Operating System: Windows 8.1 and above
2. Recommended Browsers: Chrome 34+, Mozilla Firefox 42+, Internet Explorer 11+,  Microsoft Edge, Vivaldi and Opera.
3. Internet Connection: 8-10mbps download speed is recommended. Check your connection at speedtest.net.

macOS Requirements

1. Operating System: MacOS 8 and above
2. Recommended Browsers: Chrome 34+, Mozilla Firefox 42+, Safari, Vivaldi and Opera.

Mobile Requirements

1. Android: 7.0 and later.
2. iOS: iOS 11 and later.
3. Supported Browsers: Chrome for Android 34+, Firefox for Android 41+, Samsung Internet for Android and Safari for iOS.
4. Internet Connection: When watching content on mobile, we recommend that users have a bandwidth of at least 5 MB per minute for standard video quality, and 10-12 MB per minute for high definition.
