The System Alert feature enables Administrators to send a notification email to all users in your organization. This is helpful in cases where you want to push out important updates, announcements, or maintenance notifications.
- Log into the Platform as an Administrator and navigate to the Admin Panel from the Main Menu.
- Select the System Alert tab.
- Add a custom title and body to your alert that your recipients will see.
- Once you added the Alert Title and Alert Details, select Send Alert.
- Once sent, recipients will receive the Alert at the email address tied to their YuJa profile.
