Vacation Periods may be set to scheduled recordings on registered devices in the event that recordings are not needed due to organization holidays.
Setting Vacation Periods
- Log into the Video Platform as an admin, and navigate to the Admin Panel from the Main Menu.
- From the left side menu, select Devices.
- Click on the Vacation Period button.
- Select one or more devices, and then specify the dates you do not want recordings to occur.
- Click Save Changes. Once saved, no registered devices that were previously scheduled will be recorded during the Vacation Period. Tip: You can select devices and click View Current Vacations to view and delete their vacations.
