Lumina requires third-party cookies to prevent login or media player issues when accessing your YuJa account. Third-party cookies can be enabled in Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Safari for Mac, and Safari for iPhone. If third-party cookies are not enabled, you may be unable to log in through your learning management system (LMS) and may experience grade sync issues when videos are played.
Enabling Cookies in Chrome
- Open Chrome.
- Click the More options button > Settings.
- In the sidebar, select Privacy and Security > Third-party cookies.
- In the Sites allowed to use third-party cookies section, click Add.
- Enter the YuJa tool provider in the format of https://<YourInstitution>.yuja.com and then click Add.
- In the Sites allowed to use third-party cookies section, click Add.
- Enter your Lumina access URL and then click Add.
- Clear your browser's cache and restart the browser.
Enabling Cookies in Firefox
- Open Firefox.
- Click the Hamburger button > Settings.
- In the sidebar, select Privacy & Security.
- Under History, select Use custom settings for history.
- In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Manage Exceptions....
- Enter the YuJa tool provider in the format of https://<YourInstitution>.yuja.com and then click Allow.
- Enter your Lumina access URL, and then click Allow.
- Click Save Changes.
- Clear your browser's cache and restart the browser.
Enabling Cookies in Microsoft Edge
- Open Microsoft Edge.
- Click the More options button > Settings.
- In the sidebar, select Privacy, search, and services.
- Select Cookies.
- In the Allowed to save cookies section, click Add site.
- Enter the YuJa tool provider in the format of https://<YourInstitution>.yuja.com.
- Select the Include third-party cookies on this site checkbox, and then click Add.
- In the Allowed to save cookies section, click Add site.
- Enter your Lumina access URL.
- Select the Include third-party cookies on this site checkbox, and then click Add.
- Clear your browser's cache and restart the browser.
Enabling Cookies in Safari on Mac
- Open Safari on your Mac.
- Click Safari > Settings.
- In the top bar, select Advanced.
- Uncheck Block all cookies.

Navigate to Privacy.
- Uncheck Prevent cross-site tracking.

Click Manage Website Data ...

Select Remove All > Done to clear your cache and restart the browser.
Enabling Cookies in Safari on iPhone
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Tap Apps > Safari.
- Tap Advanced.
- Disable the Block All Cookies toggle.
