You can download notes, resources, and transcripts from the Lumina Media Player sidebar while watching the media.
Downloading Notes in the Lumina Media Player
You can use the notes tab to create private, time-stamped notes at a specific slide. You can download them as a PDF.
- Log in to Lumina.
- Click Manage Media.
- Select a video and click the Play button.
- Click the Show Sidebar button.
- Click the Notes button.
- Click the Download Notes button.
- Select the video stream you want in the notes.
- Enter the email you want the notes sent to, and then click Select. An email will be sent to the email with all the notes in PDF format.
Downloading Resources in the Lumina Media Player
Creators can attach additional resources to their video. While watching the video, you can access and download the resources for offline viewing.
- Log in to Lumina.
- Click Manage Media.
- Select a video and click the Play button.
- Click the Show Sidebar button.
- Click the Resources button.
- Click the Attachments button.
- Locate the resource you would like to download, and then click Download.
Downloading Transcripts in the Lumina Media Player
If the video contains spoken audio, you can download the transcripts directly from the Media Player.
- Log in to Lumina.
- Click Manage Media.
- Select a video with spoken audio.
- Click Show Transcript.
- Click the Download Transcript button.
