As a creator, you can configure download settings for the media you upload.
Configuring Media Downloads
- Log in to Lumina as a creator.
- Click Manage Media.
- Go to the media you want.
- Hover over it and select More….
- Select Downloads.
- Enable the Pre-Generate Video Downloads toggle.
- Enable the Download from Media Player toggle.
- Enable the Download in Mobile App toggle.
- Click Save.
Enabling Downloads for All Videos in a Media Channel
Creators can enable Media Player or Mobile App downloads for all media published to a Media Channel.
- Log in to Lumina as a creator.
- Click the Main Menu button > Courses & Groups.
- Locate the course you want.
- Click Edit.
- In the Enable downloading of Media Channel videos field, select Yes.
- In the Enable downloading of videos in Mobile Apps field, select Yes.
- Click Save.
Bulk Downloading Media
Creators can download bulk media as single ZIP files or in separate links.
- Log in to Lumina as a creator.
- Click Manage Media.
- Select the channel you want.
- Select multiple media files at once by clicking and dragging over the files you want to download.
- Click More Actions > Bulk Download.
- Select Single Zip File or Separate Links.
- Single ZIP File: A ZIP file that contains the selected media.
- Separate Links: A downlink link for each selected media.
- Select the check boxes for the media you want to download.
- In the Burn-in Caption field for each media you want, select None or select the caption language you want.
- Click Request Media. An email containing the links to download the requested media files will be sent to your email.
