Indexes are available for YuJa Lumina videos that have audio. You can add, edit, and remove video indexes in the YuJa Lumina Video Editor. These indexes help viewers understand and navigate the content.
Adding video indexes
You can add video indexes in YuJa Lumina based on the video timestamp.
- Log in to YuJa Lumina.
- Click Manage Media.
- Locate the video for which you want to add indexes.
- Hover over it and select Edit to open the Video Editor.

Enable the Advanced toggle.

Click Navigation on the left sidebar, then click Index to open the index panel.
- Click + Add Index at 00:00.

Enter the text you want to name your index, and select a time to start the index at (ss:mm).
- On the first drop-down menu, choose between Normal or Bold.

On the second drop-down menu, choose between No Indent, Single Indent, or Double Indent.
- Repeat steps 7-10 to add more indexes.
- Click Save Project in the top-right corner of the screen to save the new indexes.
Editing index time, titles, and indentation
You can update YuJa Lumina video indexes by editing the time and title field. You can also indent video indexes to help users better understand and navigate the content.
- Repeat Steps 1-6 from Adding video indexes.
- Locate the index you want to edit.
- In the Title field, enter the title you want.

In the Time field, enter the time in the format mm:ss.
- In the Indentation drop-down field, select one of the index options:
- No Indent: An index for a main topic.
- Single Indent: An index for a subtopic.

Double Indent: An index for a subsection of a subtopic

Click Save Project in the top-right corner of the screen to save your changes.
Deleting video indexes
You can delete any YuJa Lumina video index that's been created.
- Repeat Steps 1-6 of Adding video indexes.

Locate the index you want to remove and click the trash can icon.

Click Save Project in the top-right corner of the screen to save your changes.
