Video Conferences provide a collaborative environment with a variety of functional, collaborative tools for tutoring sessions, office hours, or online classes. Below, we have included the options for attending scheduled sessions.
Accessing the Session Link by Email
When a Video Conference is scheduled or Meet Now is used, you will receive a link in the email you have associated with the Video Platform.
- Once a session has been scheduled, you can expect a real-time email alert to your account-linked email which will contain the details of the meeting, along with the unique meeting link.
- Click on the link. No registration or sign-up is required. Enter your name, and access the live meeting.
Accessing the Notification Icon in the Video Platform
Once a session is active, you can also access it directly from logging in through the Video Platform.
- Log into the Video Platform. Find the Bell icon in the top-right of your screen. This should display your active meeting information.
- Select the meeting to enter the active session.
