You can change your Lumina account password in your account settings.
Note: If you are accessing Lumina using LTI or other SSO options, the password change will only affect access to the Lumina user profile. Access to the Learning Management System (LMS) or SSO system will not be affected.
Changing Your Password
You can change your password in Lumina's My Account page.
- Log in to Lumina.
- Click the Profile button > My Account.
- In the Current Password field, enter your current password.
- In the New Password field, enter your new password.
- In the Confirm New Password field, enter your new password again.
- The new password must include:
- At least 14 characters in length
- At least 1 uppercase character (A-Z)
- At least 1 lowercase character (a-z)
- At least 1 numerical digit (0-9)
- At least 1 special character (e.g. !@#$%^&*)
- The new password must include:
- Click Save Changes.
Resetting Your Password From Login Page
You can change your password in your institution's Lumina login page.
- Open your institution's Lumina login page.
- From the Sign-In Options drop-down menu, select YuJa Credentials.
- Click Forgot password?.
- Enter your YuJa user ID or email associated with your YuJa account.
- Click Send Link. You will receive an email from noreply@yuja.com with your user ID and a link to reset your YuJa password.
